Profile
Ms. Zhou joined Han Kun Law Offices in February 2005. She specializes in public and private financings, anti-trust law, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment. She has represented a large number of venture capital funds, private equity funds, strategic investors, and entrepreneurs in various industry sectors in their investment and financing projects, assisting in forming deal structures, drafting legal documents, and participating in negotiations. In the public financing area, Ms. Zhou has represented a large number of issuers and underwriters in the Chinese companies’ initial public offerings, debt offerings, reverse take-over and alternative public financings on international stock exchanges. Ms. Zhou’s anti-trust law practice mainly focuses on anti-monopoly notifications, remedy divestments and other Anti-Monopoly Law compliance issues related to concentrations. She has also advised foreign companies on their foreign direct investments, mergers and acquisitions, and local compliance issues in the PRC.
